Nuzhat Rahman Ireen completed her Master's in Public Administration from Dhaka University and joined her husband's business at Garden Centre. She oversees the resort and international business operations. Additionally, she serves as a director at Globex Exim Pvt. Ltd and Garden Centre Flower Park.

She has traveled to various countries around the world, including the USA, UK, Canada, China, Turkey, Switzerland, France, Spain, Malaysia, Thailand, India, and many more.
